Electro Mechanical Field Technician
Direct Hire role - Pay based on experience up to $28 an hour
6:30am-3:30pm
We are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Field Technician to install, maintain, and repair a variety of industrial electrical and mechanical systems at customer sites. This hands-on role requires technical expertise and a customer service mindset.
Electro Mechanical Field Tech Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain & repair motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, transformers, switchgear
- Perform diagnostic testing, measurement, data collection using specialized tools & equipment
- Ensure safe work practices on customer job sites during regular & overtime hours
- Load/unload equipment up to 50 lbs for transport to shop when needed
- Demonstrate flexibility with climbing, bending, reaching for field repairs
Qualifications
- 3-5 years hands-on electro-mechanical technician experience
- Strong electrical & mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Computer proficiency & ability to operate testing/measuring equipment
- Outstanding customer service skills for on-site support
- Post-secondary electrical, mechanical or industrial certification preferred
- Clean driving record & ability to pass background check
- Physical stamina to work in various environments
