As the Front Office Coordinator you will be in charge of the following:
- Assist walk-ins with completion of documents including but not limited to new hire packets, benefit and unemployment forms, and movie ticket purchases
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, data entry, and clerical duties
You'd be great for the Front Office Coordinator position with the following:
- 2 years of recent administrative and customer service in a front facing roles
- 1-2 years of office/clerical experience
- Ability to work well under pressure, and think quickly on your feet
