Primary Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Learn to operate rewinding equipment used in the label manufacturing process
- Load and unload rolls of label material onto production equipment
- Inspect finished labels for quality, accuracy, and proper alignment
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Monitor machine performance and report any production or quality issues
- Maintain accurate production records as required
- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine housekeeping duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn rewinder operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $18.00/hr (Benefit Package Available)
