Material Handler - Forklift

$17.00/hour

6 pm - 2:30 am + OT

A leading manufacturer of automotive parts, is seeking a reliable Material Handler to join the team at their manufacturing facility in Springfield OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual with experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.

Material Handler Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming raw materials and supplies
• Pull and stage materials for production lines based on schedules
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Load outgoing shipments onto trucks ensuring proper packing and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE (personal protective equipment)

Material Handler Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or manufacturing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
• Great attention to detail and organized
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
