Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct daily manufacturing operations for approximately 40 production employees
- Ensure daily production schedules, quality standards, and performance goals are achieved
- Monitor workflow and staffing levels to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Train, coach, and develop production employees
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
- Conduct quality inspections and address production issues as they arise
- Coordinate with management to meet customer deadlines and production requirements
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational updates
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the facility
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing supervision or production leadership experience required
- Experience leading teams of 20+ employees preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple production demands
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and workplace safety practices
- Ability to motivate employees and drive production performance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Glass manufacturing experience is not required
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
Compensation: $27–$28/hr (Benefit Package Available)

1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm
