Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Guest Services Agent to assist a housing department of an organization. Candidate would be asked to monitor living quarters as to oversee policies are being followed as well as cleaning standards.
Title: Guest Services Agent
Location: Honolulu
Work Schedule: 12pm-8pm or 3pm-12am (need open availability, Monday-Saturday, 40 hr work week)
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr

Qualifications for our Guest Services Agent opportunity:
- 2 years of front facing customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job duties include:
- Monitors general cleaning, pest control services, and inventory checks in facility
- Assists guests in issues or inquiries as well as mail delivery
- Ensure outstanding customer service
