What You’ll Do
- Operate, set up, and maintain filling, seaming, and packing equipment
- Run the canning and packaging line according to SOPs
- Perform label checks, code checks, seal checks, weight checks, and other quality tests
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues on high-speed canning equipment
- Perform equipment cleaning, sanitizing, and follow GMP standards
- Handle batch documentation and ensure “Batch Correct First Time” accuracy
- Lift ingredients and materials over 55 lbs regularly
- Work safely, follow lockout/tagout procedures, and support a Safety-First culture
- Collaborate with processing, quality, warehouse, and canning teams
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in food or beverage manufacturing preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with urgency
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and kneeling for 8–10 hours
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Commitment to a clean, safe, GMP-compliant work environment
