Primary Responsibilities
- Perform light to medium-duty assembly work using hand tools including wire strippers, needle nose pliers, scissors, and related tools
- Assemble electronic heating products according to specifications and work instructions
- Perform light metal bending and fabrication tasks
- Learn and assemble multiple product models accurately and efficiently
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company procedures and production guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or electronics assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and apply tape measure readings accurately
- Experience using calipers, tape measures, and multimeters preferred (training available)
- Proficiency with basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand and work an 8-hour shift in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Compensation: $15.50/hr (Benefit Package Available)
