Location: Bessemer, AL Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $19 - 21/hour

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to operate a front end loader at our mineral plant. The ideal candidate will have experience safely operating heavy machinery in an industrial or construction setting and be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a front end loader to move, load, and transport minerals and materials.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and plant procedures.
  • Assist with site cleanup and material handling as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other plant staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment, preferably front end loaders.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols in an industrial setting.
  • Ability to work a 7 AM – 4 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Physical ability to handle demanding tasks.
