Pay: $19 - 21/hour
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to operate a front end loader at our mineral plant. The ideal candidate will have experience safely operating heavy machinery in an industrial or construction setting and be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate a front end loader to move, load, and transport minerals and materials.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and plant procedures.
- Assist with site cleanup and material handling as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other plant staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, preferably front end loaders.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work a 7 AM – 4 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Physical ability to handle demanding tasks.
