Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a full-time Landscape Crew Leader in the Columbus area! This is a direct hire position. We are a full-service staffing firm working with local companies to fill jobs with great talent like you!
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Operate a full size pickup truck with trailer
- Supervise a crew of 2–5 landscape technicians on job sites
- Plan and execute daily tasks including lawn maintenance, planting, mulching, hardscape installation, and seasonal clean-ups
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, and trucks
Qualifications
We like to hear from candidates with:
- 2+ years of labor experience, preferably as a supervisor or foreman
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
