Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble prefabricated components according to blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions
- Utilize hand tools to complete assembly operations accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret tape measurements and technical drawings
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and specification compliance
- Assist with product preparation for shipping and production support activities
- Perform assembly tasks involving mechanical, plumbing, and structural components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support other departments as needed based on production demands
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with basic hand tools
- Basic carpentry, automotive mechanical, or related trade experience preferred
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems, NPT fittings, and JIC fittings preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure (testing required)
- Ability to climb ladders and work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs frequently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Trade school, apprenticeship, or related manufacturing/construction experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Compensation
Salary Range: $19.50–$21.00/hr (Benefit Package Available)
Schedule
1st Shift | Monday–Friday
2nd Shift | Monday–Friday
3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday
