Key Responsibilities
This essential role focuses on delivering exceptional support to policyholders and clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming phone communications promptly and professionally
- Assisting customers with initiating and managing insurance claims
- Responding to inquiries for official documentation and policy details
- Issuing official Certificates of Insurance to business partners and clients as required
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual who meets the following criteria:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A cooperative team player with a consistently positive outlook.
- Willingness to obtain insurance license within 6 months
