Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales/Recruiter to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves developing new business relationships, servicing existing clients, and recruiting top candidates for various roles. You'll play a critical role in helping local businesses grow while creating meaningful career opportunities for job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively reach out to local businesses to identify staffing needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to present staffing solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales and service targets

Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for client job openings
  • Match candidates to appropriate positions based on skill set and client needs
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients and candidates

Administrative & Support

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ATS systems
  • Prepare job postings, submit background checks, and handle onboarding paperwork
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in inside sales, recruiting, or staffing (agency experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A go-getter mentality with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships over the phone
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS tools
