Primary Responsibilities
- Gluing Laminating Signs on Boards
- Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of laminating machines
- Load and unload raw materials, rolls, and sheets onto production equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Support machine operators with general production and material handling tasks
- Follow production schedules and assist in meeting output goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or product quality concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous production, warehouse, general labor, or carpentry experience preferred but not required
- No prior laminating experience required — training provided
Compensation: $18.00/hr (Benefit Package Available)
