We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Law Clerk to join a growing legal team. Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and manage legal documents (real estate, litigation, or corporate law focus)
• Communicate with clients, legal professionals, and court personnel
• Schedule meetings, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate legal records
• Support lawyers in day-to-day case and file management
• Conduct legal research and ensure timely document filing

Qualifications

• Law Clerk diploma or equivalent certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal office environment
• Experience in real estate, litigation or corporate law is preferred
• Proficiency in legal software (e.g., PC Law, Teraview, Conveyancer)
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
