Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Lead Maintenance Technician for a recycling and material processing facility in Batavia. This hands-on role is responsible for keeping plant equipment operating safely and efficiently while helping lead maintenance priorities during the shift.

What You'll Do
- Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant and processing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
- Diagnose mechanical problems and complete necessary repairs
- Prioritize maintenance needs and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Maintain safe work practices and accurate maintenance records
What We're Looking For
- Previous industrial maintenance or equipment repair experience required
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with heavy equipment, production machinery, or processing equipment preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable taking the lead when needed
Pay: $25–$30/hr, based on experience
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 12:00pm–9:00pm, Full-Time + Overtime
