Location: Tinton Falls, NJ
Pay: $70,000+ annually (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Dispatch trucks for trash, recycling, mulch, and other materials.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time and documented accurately.
- Route trucks efficiently for cost-effective operations.
- Manage and schedule commercial tractor-trailer drivers.
- Report equipment damages, maintenance, and repairs promptly.
- Communicate with customer service on inventory, scheduling, and complaints.
- Obtain permits when needed for equipment delivery.
- Promote a safe, professional, and team-oriented environment.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in transportation dispatching/logistics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA & DOT regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & dispatch software.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience with flatbed, triaxle, or Walking floor trailers is a plus.
