Primary Responsibilities
- Operate cutting line machinery to process company materials
- Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and rulers
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting to maintain production flow
- Inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Excellent attention to detail (critical for success in this role)
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Compensation: $17–$18/hr (Benefit Package Available)
Schedule
- 1st & 2nd Shift Available
- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm–12:00am (Mon–Fri)
- Current Overtime: 2:00pm–12:30am (Mon–Fri as needed)
