Key Responsibilities

• Change parts and components in CNC machining area
• Read and interpret measurements using micrometers and calipers
• Perform quality control checks on machined parts
• Handle parts weighing 1-2 pounds (lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally)
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to read micrometers accurately
• Ability to read calipers and other precision measuring tools
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC machine operation experience (helpful but not required)
• Manufacturing or machining background
• Blueprint reading skills
• Previous experience with precision measuring instruments
