Machine Operator - CNC Mills & Lathes
Starting Pay: $16/hour (based on experience - room for growth!)
Schedule: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break
Work Environment: Laid-back and enjoyable atmosphere

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC mills (primary focus) and automatic lathes
• Run both CNC and automatic machinery with precision
• Perform quality assembly work
• Maintain production standards and safety protocols
• Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment

What We're Looking For

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience
• Assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
