Job Title: Machine Operator I
Location: Birmingham, AL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Pay: $18/hr

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Machine Operator I to join the team. This role involves setting up and operating machines, inspecting products for quality, and keeping your work area clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitor products for quality and report any issues
  • Load/unload materials by hand or using equipment
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Record basic production data
  • Assist team members and support other departments as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous machine operation experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Must be able to lift, stand, and move throughout shift
  • Basic English skills required
