We’re seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a leading manufacturer in the Champaign area. This is a hands-on, long-term opportunity for professionals who take pride in keeping production running safely and efficiently. If you’ve worked with automated machinery, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical systems, this is the role where your expertise will be valued and rewarded.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment and automated systems
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Install, rebuild, and align motors, pumps, bearings, and gearboxes
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements
Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or machinery maintenance
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Proven record of troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Flexibility for overtime and off-shift maintenance when required
Desire to grow in a stable, team-oriented environment
