Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northwest is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for an immediate 2nd Shift opening in Harrison, OH!

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on concrete batching and production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Inspect machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions or irregularities
  • Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs
  • Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a maintenance tech in a manufacturing environment is required
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and hydraulics
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
  • Willingness to work in outdoor/indoor conditions, including around dust, heat, and noise
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills

Industrial Maintenance Technician Compensation

$25/hr+ based on skills and experience
