Machine Maintenance Technician | Manufacturing Facility

We're seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment. This hands-on role combines electrical and mechanical expertise to maintain and repair production machinery.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines
• Install functional and structural components in manufacturing equipment
• Build and upgrade electrical control panels to meet production standards
• Execute electrical installations including conduit bending and wiring
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Dismantle machinery for repairs and replace defective components
• Conduct regular lubrication and cleaning of machine parts
• Maintain organized and clean work areas post-maintenance

Technical Requirements

• Strong electrical background with high voltage and controls experience
• Expertise in electrical control panel building and modifications
• Advanced knowledge of hand and power tools
• Experience with industrial machinery repair and maintenance
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret machine schematics
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment safety protocols
