Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Dayton, OH, for 1st shift with a starting range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. This position is an Evaluation Hire with significant opportunities for learning and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment Preventative Care: Support routine checks and preventative maintenance under the guidance of experienced technicians Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience through structured training, progressing towards a full Maintenance Technician role with added responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

Maintenance Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical systems that use 480v power, machines and other manufacturing equipment Willingness to Learn and Grow: Enthusiasm for developing new skills in plumbing and HVAC and variety of property maintenance
