Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will begin on first shift for hands-on training with the Maintenance Supervisor. Once training is successfully completed, the position will transition to second shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on production and manufacturing equipment
• Replace and repair chains, belts, motors, and other machine components
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Assist with equipment inspections and repairs
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance protocols

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience required
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial equipment
• Experience changing automotive motors or performing automotive repairs is a strong plus
• Must have a basic tool kit, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and other common hand tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently after training
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and work in an industrial environment

Training & Schedule:

• Initial training will be conducted on first shift alongside the Maintenance Supervisor
• Upon successful completion of training, employee will move to second shift
• Monday through Friday schedule
