About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Material Handler to support our paint shop operations. In this position, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials while maintaining our high quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to unload incoming materials
- Load outgoing shipments with precision and care
- Assist in final paint inspections, verifying surface condition and dry film thickness
- Coordinate and execute the loading of finished materials for customer delivery
- Verify accuracy of all shipments against load lists
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-2 years of related field experience
- Experience with paint sprayers, overhead cranes, and forklifts
- Proven experience in loading and unloading trucks
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
