Primary Responsibilities
- Lead daily material handling operations within the warehouse or production area
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and stage materials safely and efficiently
- Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks for material handling team members
- Ensure accurate inventory movement and proper material storage
- Load and unload trucks while verifying product counts and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate with supervisors and production teams to support operations
Required Qualifications
- Previous material handling or warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Starting at $20/hr (Benefit Package Available)
