Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Production Assembler to fill a 1st shift opening in Warren County for a local manufacturing company. This position, internally known as a Mica Band Shaper, is responsible for shaping, forming, and assembling components used in the manufacturing process.

Primary Responsibilities
- Shape and form mica band components according to production specifications and work instructions
- Assemble components and prepare materials for the next stage of production
- Operate hand tools, forming equipment, and other production tools safely and efficiently
- Measure and inspect materials and finished components for accuracy and quality
- Follow detailed work instructions to ensure products meet company and customer specifications
- Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns
- Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy and consistent workmanship
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Assist with additional production and assembly duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production specifications
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Pay: $17/hr (Benefit Package Available)
