Are you mechanically inclined and ready to build a career in skilled trades? We're looking for a motivated candidate to step into a Millwright Apprentice-style role with hands-on training and room to grow.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with maintenance and repair of grain handling equipment (legs, conveyors, spouts, etc.)
- Perform welding, fabrication, and construction-style tasks as needed
- Climb and work safely at heights
- Learn the trade and support senior millwrights on day-to-day projects
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude - experience in maintenance, welding, or construction is a big plus
- Not afraid of heights or outdoor work (rain, shine, or grain dust)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
- Strong work ethic and culture fit - we want team players ready to learn and grow
