Primary Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move raw materials, molds, finished goods, and production supplies throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing operations
- Stage materials and finished products for shipment and storage
- Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and warehouse organization
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate forklifts in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: Starting at $17+/hr (Benefit Package Available)
Schedule
- 1st & 2nd Shift Available
- Monday–Friday
- Candidates should be flexible to work either shift as needed
