Primary Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Assemble fabricated components using hand tools and power tools
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain production schedules and quality standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work effectively as part of a production team
Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, welding, machining, or quality experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
- Blueprint reading experience preferred for skilled positions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Compensation: Competitive Pay Based on Position and Experience (Benefit Package Available)
Schedule: Varies
