Apartment & Building Maintenance Helper – $22/hr | 1st Shift
Location: Dayton, OH Pay: $22/hr Shift: 1st Shift | Full-Time

Responsibilities:
Assist with repairs and maintenance in apartments and buildings Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks with guidance Complete painting, drywall patching, and general upkeep Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and facilities Respond to basic tenant maintenance requests
Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing, bending, standing) Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Previous maintenance or handyman experience is a plus but not required
