Express Employment Professionals is now hiring full-time Production Operators in Dayton, OH, with a pay rate of $16.00/hour. This position is an Evaluation Hire. ** What’s in it for you?**

Hourly Rate: $16.00/hour Shift Options: 2nd Shift Available 2pm -10 pm Monday-Friday  Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan. Work Environment: Clean, well-lit, climate-controlled production facility with a supportive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities: Operate production equipment to assist with bulk printing, cutting, and packaging. Pack and stack finished materials according to job specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure printed materials meet customer standards. Keep workstations clean and organized to maintain efficiency. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or printing is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude.
