Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Product Customer Care Representative $18/Hour in Vandalia, OH! These are full-time, hybrid-schedule, evaluation-to-hire opportunities with pay ranging from $17.00–$20.00/hour based on assignment.

Available Openings: 🔹 Customer Care Reps – $17/hr

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

🔹 Returns Customer Care Reps – $18/hr

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

🔹 Customer Care Reps (Weekend Shift) – $20/hr

  • Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 9:30am–6:00pm & Saturday–Sunday, 10:30am–7:00pm

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in product-related customer service

Strong knowledge of product troubleshooting, usage support, or post-sale care

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable handling customer inquiries related to functionality, returns, or product satisfaction

Ideal candidates will have worked in consumer goods, electronics, software, or e-commerce support roles.
