What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials
• Support production lines and assist with machinery setup or operation
• Help with general warehouse and shop tasks, including inventory management
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, including light janitorial and facilities cleaning
• Perform cross-trained duties as needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous forklift, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable with general labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks across the shop
