Express Employment Professionals is now hiring full-time Mechanical Assemblers in Dayton, OH, for 1st shift with a pay rate of $18.00/hour. This position is an Evaluation Hire.

Responsibilities: Assemble PVC and electrical components based on blueprints and technical drawings. Follow step-by-step instructions, verifying measurements and dimensions with a measuring tape. Utilize basic hand tools for the assembly process. Ensure quality control by reviewing each completed step before progressing. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills: Basic shop math and measurement skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed. Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, pushing, and pulling.
