What You’ll Be Doing: ⚒️ Grind, deburr, and finish metal castings using hand and power tools 🏗️ Assist with mold setup, sand molding, and production prep 🔩 Prepare and pour molds as part of the casting process 🧯 Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE 🤝 Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What You Bring to the Role: ✅ Foundry or industrial experience is a plus—not required ✅ Comfortable working in warm environments and lifting up to 50 lbs ✅ Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn ✅ Positive attitude and ability to follow directions
