What You’ll Be Doing: 🎨 Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray guns and automated equipment 🧼 Clean, prep, and mask surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion 🔍 Perform visual and physical inspections for coating quality and consistency 📦 Assist with loading/unloading parts from the coating line or curing oven 🛠️ Maintain equipment and follow all safety and quality procedures

What You Bring to the Role: ✅ Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands ✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ✅ Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills
