Responsibilities:
- Operate truck scales and accurately record weight data
- Enter information into computer systems and generate scale tickets
- Communicate clearly with truck drivers and assist as needed, including those with limited English proficiency
- Maintain organized logs and daily reports
- Support general office tasks and help keep the scale area clean and functional
Qualifications:
- Data entry and computer skills required
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse group of drivers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior experience with logistics or scale operations is a plus
