What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform soldering on electronic components and assemblies
- Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and diagrams
- Inspect and test completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read schematics and use soldering tools
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Steady hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
