Express Employment Professionals is now hiring full-time Paint Coater Technicians in Dayton, OH, for 1st shift with a pay rate of $20.00/hour. This position is an Evaluation Hire. What’s in it for you?

Responsibilities: Perform painting, sanding, and masking of industrial parts and equipment. Use grinders and other tools to prepare surfaces for painting. Apply primer and top coat to ensure a high-quality finish. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Experience with industrial painting, sanding, and masking preferred. Ability to operate grinders and other surface preparation tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
