About the Role
Join the national security and defense as an Electronics & Mechanical Assembly Technician, responsible for assembling, modifying, and testing electronic and mechanical systems that support mission-critical defense applications. You’ll play a key role in building high-precision assemblies, ensuring quality, and maintaining compliance with strict technical and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and modify electronic and mechanical components, assemblies, and subassemblies
- Follow work instructions, technical procedures, and parts lists to ensure accurate assembly
- Use soldering tools and electronic measurement equipment to build and test components
- Manage parts inventory and control to support efficient manufacturing
- Operate hand tools and mechanical/electrical equipment safely and effectively
- Support documentation, testing, and maintenance activities to meet product specifications
- Work collaboratively in a team environment while adhering to all rules and regulations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics or mechanical assembly
- Experience following technical instructions and assembling complex systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, soldering, and test equipment
- Strong attention to detail, compliance, and teamwork skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
