Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet Supervisor to oversee parking operations at a busy healthcare location. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience and a passion for guest service.
Position Overview
Job Title: Valet Supervisor (Guest Service Captain)
Location: Honolulu area healthcare facility
Pay Rate: $16.42/hour
Schedule: Primarily 7 AM – 3 PM, with occasional 2 PM – 10 PM shifts
Responsibilities
- Supervise valet team and ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Assist with parking vehicles when needed
- Manage shift schedules and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain safety and traffic flow in the valet area
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
