We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Account Representative to assist a medical industry leader in the Honolulu area. Key Responsibilities
- Managed incoming telephone calls
- Respond to billing inquiries
- Process credit card payments
- Performs activities related to billing reconciliation and analysis
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months customer service experience/medical billing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
