Position Details
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Aiea and Honolulu, HI
Responsibilities
As a PSR-Patient Service Representative, you will:
- Check-in patients and ensure accurate registration
- Verify insurance information
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars
- Direct patients to the correct locations within the facility
- Assist patients coming in for the COVID vaccination
You'd be great as a PSR-Patient Service Representative with the following:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- 1-2 years of previous or current experience in a healthcare setting
