Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll & Billing Specialist to support high-volume payroll processing and accounts receivable functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Process weekly payroll for a large employee population
  • Perform high-volume data entry related to payroll, billing, and timekeeping
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation
  • Review time records for accuracy and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Maintain payroll and billing records in accordance with company procedures
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve pay and invoicing issues

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • On-site
  • $45,000+ annually, depending on experience

  • Strong accounts receivable and billing background
  • Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and tight deadlines
  • Payroll software experience preferred (ADP, Paychex, UKG, or similar)
