Press Operator – Newark, Ohio

Join our production team! We’re looking for a skilled Press Operator to run and maintain Mark Andy, KTI, and Martin Automatic printing equipment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor press and die cutter operations.
  • Inspect labels and materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
  • Support 5S, standard work, and mistake-proofing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years printing experience (flexographic preferred; wide web/offset considered).
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/bend throughout shift.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
