Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate automated, semi-automated, and manual production machines
- Perform machine changeovers and equipment set-ups
- Maintain high product and process quality standards
- Inspect and measure products to verify specifications
- Operate forklifts for material handling and shipping
- Perform minor preventative and emergency maintenance
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data
- Pack and ship products to customers
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate industrial equipment and machinery
- Experience with manual and robotic controlled systems
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and measuring instruments
- Strong mathematical skills and technical reading ability
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to meet performance goals
