What You’ll Do
- Operate mixers, pumps, scales, dryers, and HMI systems
- Weigh, stage, and move raw ingredients (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Perform cleaning, sanitizing, CIP and COP tasks
- Monitor production steps and complete accurate documentation
- Work closely with processing, quality, warehouse, and canning teams
- Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing, sanitation, or machine operation
- Food or beverage experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift
- Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
